Ghenghis Khan Mausoleum

The mausoleum of Genghis Khan, who founded the empire with the largest territorial extent in world history, is located in the middle of the Ordos Prairie, 185 km from Baotou. It is built in the shape of a flying eagle and consists of three yurt-style halls with yellow walls, red doors and windows, and shiny domes.
