Visa-Free Entry for German Citizens

From December 1, 2023, to December 31, 2025, citizens of the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Italian Republic, the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the Kingdom of Spain, and Malaysia holding valid ordinary passports can enjoy visa-free entry into the People's Republic of China for purposes including business activities, tourism, visiting family and friends, transit with a maximum stay of 15 days after entry.

It is explicitly stated that visa requirements remain for citizens of the above-mentioned states if their purposes of travel exceed those mentioned above, if their stay exceeds 15 days, or if they possess an official/service passport (except for Malaysian citizens in this case).
